What data does AetherLink collect?

AetherLink only collects data necessary for our services: contact details (name, email, phone number), technical data (IP address, browser type), and project-related data where applicable. We never collect more data than strictly needed and use it exclusively for the agreed purpose.

Is AetherLink GDPR compliant?

Yes, AetherLink fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data based on lawful grounds, provide full transparency about data processing, and respect all data subject rights including access, rectification, and erasure.

How long does AetherLink retain my data?

AetherLink retains personal data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected. Project data is deleted by default 12 months after project completion, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise. You can submit a deletion request at any time.

Can I request deletion of my data?

Yes, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data under the GDPR. Send a request to our privacy contact address and we will process your request within 30 days. After deletion, we only retain data for which a legal retention obligation applies.

1. Which terms apply

AetherLink B.V. applies the NLdigital Terms 2025, the standard terms and conditions for the digital sector. They have been deposited by NLdigital at the District Court Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.

They apply to all offers and agreements under which AetherLink B.V. delivers to a client, entered into on or after 10 August 2026.

2. Downloads

The terms are available in Dutch and in English. In the event of disputes concerning the interpretation of the English version, the Dutch text takes precedence.

3. Agreements entered into before 10 August 2026

For agreements entered into before 10 August 2026, the terms that were declared applicable at that time continue to apply. That version remains available here: previous version (archive).

4. Deviating arrangements

Deviations from and additions to these terms apply only where the parties have agreed them in writing. Where a quotation or order confirmation states something different from these terms, that document prevails.
