The programme
7 days worth a year
Day 1 — Arrival & Disconnecting
You land in Kuusamo. A small airport. No advertising. Outside it's -18°C and the air is so clear you see stars you never knew existed. Your phone goes into an envelope. Sauna. Cold plunge. Silence until 10:00.
Day 2 — Confrontation & Foundation
Tummo breathwork in the cold. Two hours walking, alone. Then: the AI mentor explains how AI agents work. Not as a lecture — as a conversation. You build your first prompt. You understand the Pentagon Model. Evening: fire conversation.
Day 3 — Connecting & Building
Duo hike with someone you haven't spoken to yet. One question: "What are you up against?" Afternoon: you build your own AI agent. The AI mentor helps. Your Golden Prompt Stack takes shape.
Day 4 — Growing & Integrating
Your agent works. You demonstrate it to the group. Feedback is honest, not polite. You build the agent for your organisation — the AI nervous system. Evening: northern lights (or midnight sun). You stand outside. Breathe. Alive.
Day 5 — Departure & Implementation
