AetherLink.ai is an AI consultancy and technology company based in the Netherlands. We provide AI solutions, consultancy and development for businesses across Europe. AetherLink is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

2. What data we collect
We may collect the following personal data:
- Contact details: name and email address when you fill in our contact form or email us.
- Chat data: messages you send through AetherAssist, our AI chat assistant on the website.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and page visits via analytics.
3. Purpose of data processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: to answer your questions and deliver our services.
- Communication: to contact you in response to your request.
- Improvement: to analyse and improve our website and services.
4. Retention period
We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Contact details are deleted once the communication is concluded, unless there is an ongoing business relationship. Technical data is anonymised after a maximum of 26 months.
5. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data to third parties. We only use the following processors to deliver our services:
- Vercel: hosting of our website (US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Anthropic: AI processing for AetherAssist chat functionality (US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Our website only uses technically necessary cookies that are essential for the functioning of the website (such as session cookies and theme preference). We do not place tracking cookies, marketing cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes.

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, all data is stored encrypted and access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel.
